The CEOc has collaborated with the region’s largest healthcare employers to create the Collaborative Healthcare Institute of Managerial Excellence (CHIME). Through this industry-led and evidence-based program, CHIME prepares hand-selected healthcare employees poised for or recently employed in management/supervisory roles to better empower, lead and support today’s healthcare workforce.
CHIME increases the number of healthcare managers to meet growing workforce demand, creates career advancement opportunities through a healthcare-focused management career path and advances care outcomes via a workforce that’s more engaged and satisfied. Graduates will gain a broader network of connections, accelerating their career path.
